Ingredients

Quinoa Papaya Tremella Soup

1. All ingredients are ready, papaya, quinoa, white fungus

2. After washing the white fungus and quinoa, soak in water, it takes about 1 hour.

3. After the white fungus is soaked, remove the impurities and tear it into small flowers

4. After the quinoa is cleaned and soaked, there are small sprouts appearing, which is the most active part of quinoa---germ (look at the even quinoa is great ~ all sinking in the water, plump ~)

5. Peel and remove papaya, cut into small pieces

6. Pour 1000ml of clean water into the pot, add quinoa and white fungus, and boil over high heat. Turn to low heat when it boils

7. After boiling for 10 minutes, add a small piece of papaya, continue to cook, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Tips:

1. Add enough water at one time to reduce the waxiness of the subsequent water tremella soup
2. Those who like sweets can put a spoonful of honey when the soup is warm
