Quinoa Squid Soup

Wash the squid, peel and cut into strips, and wash the quinoa.

Add olive oil, minced ginger, and minced garlic to the pot and saute.
3.
Add the catfish head over medium heat and fry for 2 minutes.
4.
Add hot water, quinoa, and curry powder and bring to a boil on high heat.
5.
Turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes, then add squid on high heat and bring to a boil.
6.
Season with chopped green onions, salt and pepper.
