"jiaxia" Lazy Version of The Yellow Chicken Stew

Preparatory work: cut the chicken into 2-3 cm chicken pieces, wash and control the water, add flavor with cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes; during this period, 30g ginger slices, 50g shiitake mushrooms wash and slice, and green onions, green peppers and red peppers are sliced in turn for later use;

This step is what a lazy person does, just adjust all kinds of materials for later use. Add oil, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, flavour, and pepper to a small bowl, add 2-3 times of cold water and stir well;

Heat the pan with oil, add green onion, chili, ginger slices and stir fry, pour in chicken and stir fry;

Add shiitake mushroom slices after cutting, pour in the prepared sauce, boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes (please control the time flexibly according to your own situation and the tenderness of the chicken);

Juice collection stage: turn on high heat and add green onions, add green pepper slices after 1 minute, and enjoy when the soup is thick and on the plate~

Tips:
1. Dear folks, if you use dried shiitake mushrooms, it will taste better, so you need to soak in advance~
2. Personally feel that the preparation of the sauce is very important. I think what I make is quite delicious.
3. Add onions and green peppers or other greens when harvesting the juice. If they are put in too early, they will be simmered and the presentation will not look good (I like rotten onions, so I put them earlier)
