Wash the fresh tea tree mushrooms carefully and drain the water. If the stems of the tea tree mushrooms are thick, you can separate them vertically.

Wash and shred green and red peppers for later use.

Heat the oil in the wok over medium heat, then turn to low heat and add tea tree mushrooms to fry.
