Rack of Lamb

Wash the lamb chops and blanch them in boiling water.

Put it in a pressure cooker, add dried chili, bay leaves, star anise, pepper, and salt, and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove and let cool.

Pour in soy sauce and sweet noodle sauce, massage for a few minutes with your hands, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle sesame seeds, black pepper, and cumin on the lamb chops. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.
6.
Turn it over and sprinkle the spices, and bake for another 5 minutes.
