Rading Fried Rice

Main and auxiliary materials: rice, sausage, cooked corn kernels, cooked pea kernels.

Steam the sausage, let cool and dice.

Heat oil and fry the scallions.

Put the rice in.

Add corn kernels and pea kernels.

Stir it up with a small fire.

Put in the diced sausage.

1. Sausage should be steamed in advance before use.
