Radish Balls

Wash the radish, peel and chop.

Beat in two eggs.

Add flour.

Add the above seasonings and prepare to start mixing. If it is dry, add some water.

Tips:
Do not add too much water when making the radish batter. If it is too thin, the meatballs will not clump when they are fried, and they will fall apart.
