Radish Cake

200g flour, 2g salt, 10g peanut oil, 120g warm water and mix into a smooth dough, cover with damp cloth and leave for 1 hour

Radish shredded

Scald in boiling water for 1 minute and then remove the water and squeeze it out

Finely diced bacon

Finely chop the chives, rinse the shrimp skins with water

Mix the shredded radish, spring onion, shrimp skin, and diced bacon, add peanut oil, pepper, and oyster sauce and mix well (the bacon and oyster sauce have salt, so I don’t add it here)

Divide the dough into 30g small dough
