Radish Minced Wonton

Wash the radishes, rub them into silk, and sprinkle some salt to marinate them.

Squeeze the water in the shredded radish, and then chop it.

Put it with pork filling.

Add five-spice powder, salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, and chopped green onion and ginger and stir well.

I bought ready-made wonton wrappers.

The meat filling is placed on the wonton wrapper.

Fold it diagonally to form a triangle, dip one corner of it with water, fold the other corner up to make a hand-like shape, pull both ends neatly to make the filling bulge in the middle, forming an ingot shape with both ends upturned.

Pour the cooked big bone soup into a pot and bring it to a boil

Put in the wrapped wontons, add some cold water in the middle, and finally sprinkle some coriander to serve.
