Radish Roasted Pork

Prepare the sliced pork belly, add salt, chili powder, and black tempeh, mix well to taste.

Clean the radish.

Cut the radish into large pieces, as shown in the picture.

Put less oil on the bottom of the pot and put the cut pork belly.
5.
Fry until oily.

Pour the white radish and add some salt to the radish to taste.

Cover the pot and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add some water.
8.
When the radish is simmered, add soy sauce and stir well.
9.
Finally, stir in coriander, garlic, and monosodium glutamate, stir well and serve.
10.
Serve with radish roasted meat.
