Radish Sauce

Take the three sides of radish skins with a little bit of meat. Cut them diagonally into razor blades. Pickle them with sugar for 2 to 3 hours. Rinse them with clean water several times and dry them.

Add 30 grams of light soy sauce and 10 grams of soy sauce.

Put 30 grams of white vinegar and 10 grams of mature vinegar.

Tips:
