Rainbow Wonton

Divide the flour into four parts, add appropriate amount of beet powder, green tea powder, and purple potato powder to the other three parts except for the natural color, and add water to form a dough. Then roll the dough into a sheet of moderate thickness, and then press each type of dough with a noodle press twice, and arrange the pressed noodles according to their own preferences according to the color (you can overlap, according to the thickness you need).

Put the slices cut off in Figure 1 into the noodle machine and press them into thin slices.
