Raisin Nut Bread Sticks

Almonds and walnuts are cut into 40 pieces, put in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes, set aside.

Soak the raisins in warm water for 5 minutes, then remove them and let them dry. Set aside.

Put all the dough materials into the bread machine and start mixing for 10 minutes.

After kneading is over, pause for 5 minutes, then start kneading again for 15 minutes.

When there are 6 minutes left to make the dough, add the raisins.

After the dough is kneaded, round the dough and make a round. The time is about 40 minutes.

Once the serving is over, the dough will grow to about twice as big.

Vent the dough and round it, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Roll the dough into a rectangle.

Half of the area is covered with previously roasted nuts.

Cover the other half and roll it a few times with a rolling pin.

Divide into 8 portions.

Twist the strips at will and place them on the baking tray.

Put it in the oven for two shots.

The second serve is over.

Bake in the oven preheated at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
