Tips:
1. The water consumption of flour may be different depending on the water absorption, so adjust the water consumption according to your own flour;

3. A simpler way to save time is to fry larger cakes and slice them to eat. I made small cakes because I wanted to take pictures;
4. If there is no electric cake stall, you can use a pan to fry, the effect is the same.
