Hanamaki is a classic homemade pasta. It can be made into various flavors such as salt and pepper, sesame sauce, scallion oil, etc. It is nutritious, delicious and simple. The following method is made by frying flax. Flax oil itself has a special fragrance, and regular consumption is extremely beneficial to the human body. In addition, because it is made by frying, the Hanamaki is not only soft and palatable, but also browned and crispy at the bottom, giving it a unique flavor.

Raw Omelet

1. Mix the yeast powder with water, mix well, let it stand for a while, then pour it into the flour, knead until the dough surface is smooth, cover with plastic wrap, and start proofing

2. Proof to double the volume of the original dough

3. Sprinkle a little thin surface on the panel, then take the dough out of the bowl, knead until the surface is smooth, and let stand for ten minutes

4. Roll out the dough, then pour in an appropriate amount of flax oil, as shown in the picture

5. After brushing the flax oil, sprinkle a little salt and dry flour

6. Roll the dough from the inside out into a big roll

7. Cut the big roll into small doses of the same size, then stack the two small doses together, stretch them lightly, and roll them slightly to make a flower roll

8. Spread an appropriate amount of flax oil on the electric baking pan, put the flower rolls on top one by one, and then pour about 20ml of warm water

9. Cover the pot and heat for about ten minutes, and the bottom of the hanami will be golden brown.

Tips:

1. It is best to make the dough for this Hanamaki that is slightly softer;
2. You can also add a little chives to the dough to taste better;
3. Flax oil can be replaced by other edible oils.
