Raw Preserved Egg and Lean Meat Porridge
1.
After I came back from buying vegetables in the morning, I poured the porridge cooked in advance into a clay pot and boiled on high heat.
2.
After the porridge is opened, put the preserved egg and ginger to cook together, stirring continuously with a spoon in the middle to prevent sticking to the pan
3.
After the preserved egg porridge is rolled, add the flavored pork
4.
After the pork is put in, cut the green onion and coriander as soon as possible, and wait for the porridge to be ready and put it in for seasoning
5.
The pork will be cooked in one go. Don't boil it for too long, otherwise the pork will not be tender. Put some salt to adjust the flavor, turn off the onion and coriander, so that a pot of fragrant preserved egg and lean meat porridge will be ready.
Tips:
1. Put some oil in the pork when seasoning, so that the pork is not easy to get old
