Raw Ribs

Wash the ribs, cut into pieces, and put them in the basin

Mix well and marinate for 2 hours

Cut the ginger into thicker slices, remove the garlic seeds, spread the bottom of the casserole flat, and drizzle with 3 tablespoons of cooking oil

Then spread the ribs on top, the meaty side down

Cover the lid, turn on a low heat, and simmer for 10-15 minutes

While braising the ribs, peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, put them in boiling water and cook until 8 is ripe

When the ribs have been simmered for 10-15 minutes, they have obviously begun to lose their bones, then add the potato pieces and continue to simmer for 5 minutes

Sprinkle it with chopped green onion and you can start!
Tips:
1. The ribs should be marinated for 2 hours first, if time does not allow, at least 20 minutes is appropriate
2. The side dishes should be pre-processed in advance, such as potatoes, taro, carrots, etc., should be cooked in advance. If the ingredients are easy to ripen, they should be blanched first, and then change the comb and knife for use. ;
3. The bottom of the casserole should be filled with ginger slices and garlic granules, and then drizzled with a little more cooking oil, and then put in the marinated ribs. The thick side is facing down and the fire is low.
