Raw Sausage

Prepare the ingredients: wash the sausages with rice-washing water, then wash them with water; then wash the pleurotus eryngii, cucumber, sweet pepper, and green pepper;

Slice the sausage, pleurotus eryngii, and cucumber; cut the sweet pepper and green pepper into pieces;

Pour corn oil in a non-stick pan and heat, add dried chilies and peppercorns until fragrant;

Add sausages and stir fry over high heat;

After the sausage is cooked to 8 minutes, add the eryngii mushrooms and continue to fry;

Add bell pepper and stir fry after 2-3 minutes;

Then add the green peppers, pour in the light soy sauce, and continue to stir fry;

After the bell peppers and green peppers are fried until they are broken, add cucumber and stir fry; when the ingredients are all cooked, add salt and stir fry evenly;
9.
Turn off the heat, start the pot, and the [Steamed Sausage] is ready.
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
