Raw White Radish Slices

1. One white radish is clean.

2. Use a plane to peel the radish.

3. Then cut into round pieces, as shown in the picture.

4. The cut radish slices are carved out with a model, as shown in the figure.

5. Add refined salt to the bowl and marinate for about an hour.

6. Pour out the marinated water and add chili powder. Then add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, a fresh product, and sesame oil.

7. Mix well.

8. Put the mixed radish slices on the plate.
