Razor Clam and Winter Melon Soup
1.
Buy winter melon, peeled and sliced, put it in the pot, add water, put the scallion on white, put the ginger slices on fire!
2.
Let the water boil and turn to a low heat to soften the winter melon for about two or three minutes. Then put the cleaned sea razor and cook for 2.3 minutes!
3.
Add salt, oil, old wine and chopped green onion before serving. A bowl of fresh and sweet seafood soup will do! ππ½ππ½
4.
The refined oil is put a little too much, I usually donβt put the oil haha
Tips:
1 Razor clams are seafood with a certain amount of salt, so don't put too much salt
2 The razor clams I bought are relatively clean. Just repeat it a few times. It is best to soak the razor clams in salt water for two hours and then brush them to cook.
3 The old wine in the kitchen is something that I personally like to put, you can do whatever you want~
4 Seafood should not be cooked for too long or it will not taste good if it is not old
5 The oil used is both raw oil and cooked oil. You can also put it before the soup~ I think it tastes lighter after the soup.
