Red Curry Beef Brisket

1. Wash the sirloin and set aside.

2. Peel and cut carrots and potatoes.

3. Dried chili and cumin ingredients.

4. Red curry paste.

5. Coconut milk.

6. Put the sirloin in a rice cooker and put it in water, and simmer the ginger until soft.

7. Remove the sirloin after simmering soft.

8. Put the oil in the pot, add the cumin and dried chilies to stir fragrant.

9. Add the red curry paste and stir fry together.

10. Pour the coconut milk in.

11. Cook until the coconut milk and red curry paste are fully integrated.

12. Pour the sirloin and stir fry together.

13. Put potatoes and carrots in.

14. Add appropriate amount of water, sugar, salt, and millet, put on the lid and simmer for 15 minutes.

15. Add basil and continue to simmer until the juice is collected.
