Red Oil Ear Pieces

Wash pig ears, add pepper and cooking wine in boiling water.

Cook until the chopsticks can be gently rubbed, don't cook too soft, or it will not chewy. Divide into two and cut into two pieces, then use a knife to follow the pattern into two pieces. Don't worry about this, one by one.

Use a tool to cut the carrots into circles and place them on a plate to be raw.

Spread the pig's ears on top, sprinkle with ginger garlic and shallots.

If you don’t have this spicy oil in your home, you can use the red oil in the ready-made seasoning to get it out.
