Refreshing Cold Fungus

Boil the dried fungus in a pot under cold water. After the water is boiled, boil it for 5 minutes.

Wash coriander, onion, and bright red pepper and set aside.

Tips:
Red onions are hotter than yellow onions. Students who are afraid of hotness can choose yellow onions. The onions will be marinated for a while and the spicy taste will be slightly lighter.
