Refreshing Cold Noodles

First mix the ingredients. Chop the chives and put them in a small bowl directly, put the chili powder on top, choose a larger piece of chili powder

Bring the vegetable oil to a boil, heat it to a smoking state, pour it over the chili powder in the bowl after removing from the fire, and stir it quickly with a small spoon

Then add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and salt and mix well. In summer, if you like to be sour and refreshing, add more vinegar and taste it yourself. A slightly salty one is better because it is served with noodles.

Cook the noodles. Any kind of noodles is fine. I cook round dried noodles. I cook the noodles according to my favorite texture, soft or hard.

Use pure water or cold boiled water to cool the cooked noodles, just pass it again, and it will not be too cold, then add some cucumber shreds, pour in the mixed seasoning, and mix well.
Tips:
The noodles only need to be subjected to cold water once, so as not to be too cold and hurt the stomach when eating. If it is eaten by the elderly and children, it is fine to fry the shallot oil without adding chili.
