The weather is hot and the baby's appetite has decreased. To add some nutrition to her body, I bought a pigeon to stew soup for her today. The method is simple and light~~"

Refreshing Pigeon Soup

1. Prepare the materials

2. Wash the ingredients and cut into pieces for later use

3. Put the pigeon in a casserole, pour water, put ginger and rice wine

4. Wait for the water to boil, skim the froth, add the green onion knots, simmer for half an hour on low heat, and insert chopsticks on the casserole to prevent the soup from overflowing~

5. I specially poured more water and scooped out a bowl of soup before putting the mushrooms, and it can be frozen to make noodles for the baby~~

6. Add the cut vegetables and simmer for 15 minutes~~ Just add salt to taste before serving! !

7. Just sprinkle some chopped green onion to decorate~

Tips:

The pigeon stewing time should not exceed one hour, otherwise the meat will get old~~

Pigeons don't have any oil, so any vegetable collocations are very light! !

The taste is very refreshing and delicious! !
