Refreshing White Radish

Wash the white radish.

Cut it into thin slices.

Put it in a dish, sprinkle a little salt, and pickle for a while to remove the moisture. Rinse with clean water and dry away the water.

Pour in some light soy sauce.

Stir well and marinate for 10 minutes to taste.

Take a slice of radish and roll it into a bucket. Put it on the plate.

Continue to roll and lay out.

Just do it one by one. Garnish with coriander, pour in the soaking juice and serve.
Tips:
It is better to cut the radish slices thinly.
