**reunion Rice** Minced Meat and Eggplant

The vegetables are well cut.

Wash the eggplant.

Cut the eggplant into strips.

Put the eggplant on the steamer. Steam for ten minutes.

Put oil in the pot. Add ginger and garlic and stir fry. Stir fry with soy sauce.

Add the minced meat and stir fry for color and salt.

Add the eggplant as shown below.

Moisture will come out when the eggplant is stir-fried. It doesn't come out of the pot when you fry it in and out. That would not taste good. Be sure to wait for the moisture to dry and turn it into oil. Then continue to stir fry for a while.
