Dried Hakka vegetables are sweet and fragrant. The pork belly was originally used to braise it more fragrantly, but the whole family didn't eat fatty meat, so they had to use spare ribs instead. "

Ribs Braised Dried Vegetables

1. Add appropriate amount of water to the dried vegetables and cook them in a rice cooker.

2. Put the processed spare ribs into the pot and fry together with Agaricus blazei.

3. Add some light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar to color.

4. Stir fry together with dried vegetables.

5. Add appropriate amount of water, adjust the flavor, and simmer until the ribs are cooked.

6. Sprinkle with pepper, drizzle with sesame oil and stir-fry well and transfer to a pan.
