Ribs Braised Rice

Bring a proper amount of water to a boil in a pot, add cooking wine and ginger slices, blanch the ribs, remove and drain

Pour vegetable oil into the hot pot and stir-fry the sugar color with rock sugar. When the oil foams up and the color starts to turn yellow, the sugar color is ready

Pour in the ribs, stir-fry for a few times, and coat the ribs evenly with sugar

Add a tablespoon of beef sauce, soy sauce, sugar

Stir thoroughly and evenly

Pour in the hot water that has not been used for the ribs, and turn to a low heat.

Simmer the ribs for 10 minutes, add salt and stir well

Pour in the washed rice and simmer for about 30 minutes. When the soup is finished, the rice is cooked until soft and palatable, sprinkle with chopped green onion and turn off the heat.
