1. The ribs are blanched with boiling water, and if possible, use a pot.
2. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Put oil in the inner pot of the rice cooker.
4. Add the marinated ribs and the marinated soup.
5. Add ginger and garlic cloves.
6. Cook for 20 minutes.
7. Dice potatoes, shiitake mushrooms and carrots.
8. After 20 minutes, add potatoes, mushrooms, diced carrots, washed rice and water. The water is slightly less than usual.
9. Stir well.
10. Press the cooking button to cook until the rice is cooked through.
11. Stir again, taste, add salt and MSG.
12. Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
