The braised rice with spare ribs is super delicious. It is not enough to eat three bowls. Are you sure you don't try it?

Ribs Braised Rice

1. Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, add green onion and ginger cooking wine, blanch the bleeding foam, remove and wash

2. Reserve the base oil, fry the side dishes, add salt and stir well for later use
