Ribs Braised Rice

Put the ribs in a pot of cold water, add green onion, ginger and cooking wine.

Adjust the sauce. Pour light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, white pepper, five-spice powder, salt and a small half bowl of water into the bowl and stir well.
