Ribs Braised Rice

Bring a proper amount of water to a boil in a pot, add cooking wine and ginger slices, blanch the ribs, remove and drain

Heat the pan with oil, add rock sugar and fry the sugar color. When the oil foams, the color starts to turn yellow, and the sugar color is copied.

Pour in the ribs, stir-fry for a few times, and coat the ribs evenly with sugar

Add a tablespoon of beef chili sauce, soy sauce, and sugar, and stir thoroughly evenly

Pour in the hot water that has not been used for the ribs, and turn to a low heat.

Tips:
1. The water must be added in place at one time. Do not add water in the middle. At zuihao20fenzhonghou, observe the juice collection every few minutes and stir fry a few times to avoid muddy bottom.
