Ribs Tommy Tofu

1. Slice rice tofu and rinse with water.

2. Use an electric pressure cooker overnight to make an appointment for the stewed ribs soup. The next morning, pour the boiled ribs soup into a bowl with salt and light soy sauce, and set aside.

3. Cut the rice tofu into small pieces, and cut the green onion leaves into chopped green onions.

4. After boiling the pot, add rice tofu.

5. Cover the pot and bring to a boil on high heat.

6. Cook for about two or three minutes, the rice tofu will all float on the surface, and you can remove the dried water.

7. Put the dried rice tofu into a bowl with rib soup, put quail eggs, add a spoonful of rib soup, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
