Spicy Rice Tofu

Cut rice tofu into 1 cm square pieces; heat the vegetable oil and let it cool, pour it on the chili noodles, add salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, and light soy sauce to make a sauce

Wash the chives and cut them into chopped green onions for later use; put a pot of water to boil, add the rice tofu cubes and blanch it, and the water will boil again. Don’t cook it for a long time.

Take out the drained water and pour it into a bowl, pour the chili oil, put on the chopped green onion, and mix well.
