Rice Burger

Prepare the materials

Add salt, soy sauce, black pepper, starch to the pork filling, then beat in the egg

After mixing well, add chopped green onions and stir vigorously

Add some black sesame, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil and some salt to the rice and mix well

Wash some lettuce leaves and cucumber slices for later use

Divide the meat into 4 parts to make a meatloaf and fry it well

The mixed rice is made into 8 rice cakes about the size of a meatloaf. Heat the oil in the pan and put the rice cakes to fry on both sides.

Fry until crispy and golden on both sides

Put a leaf of lettuce on a rice cake, add some hamburger sauce, put on the patties, put two slices of cucumber, and put a layer of hamburger sauce
