Rice Casserole

Set aside minced garlic, sliced sausage

Make the sauce, add oyster sauce, minced garlic, light soy sauce, and mix well

Bring 500ml of water to a boil over high heat, add the greens, and blanch for one minute

Pour in rice, 500ml of water, stir evenly, soak for 30 minutes

Brush the oil in the casserole, pour in the rice, boil on high heat until the water is dry, add the vegetables and corn and spread evenly, add the sausage

Turn to low heat and simmer for three minutes, then pour in the sauce
