Rice Cooker Steamed Chicken Wings with Chopped Pepper

There are a few chicken wings, so you can buy more if you want to eat more. I bought 1kg, and two of them were happy to eat. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and a little salt to marinate, and make a few knives on the front and back of the chicken wings to facilitate the taste.

Prepare various ingredients, soak the mushrooms in water in advance. If you eat it at noon the next day, you can put a few in the water at night.

Mix the chopped pepper, ginger, and garlic, and stir-fry in a hot pan.

Place the mushrooms under the steaming box and place the chicken wings one by one (after marinating the chicken wings, rinse them with water); then pour the oily ingredients on the top, put them in the rice cooker, and steam them with the rice. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions and simmer for a few minutes.
