Rice Cooker Vitality Black Chicken Soup

10 red dates, longan, and wolfberry, wash and put in a bowl, pour in water and soak for 5 minutes

Half a black-bone chicken, cut into small pieces, wash and put in a bowl

Pour boiling water into the bowl, blanch the black-bone chicken for 5 minutes, remove, rinse and drain.

Put the hot black-bone chicken, soaked red dates, longan, 1 scallion white, 3 slices of old ginger into a rice cooker, pour 30ml of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of water, select the soup button, and simmer slowly for about 2 hours

Open the lid and add 3g of salt, add the wolfberry, stir evenly, close the lid and continue to simmer for 5 minutes, and serve.
