Rice Flour Meat

Cut the pork belly into large slices.

Steam in the pot, steam for 1.5 to 2 hours on high heat.

Tips:
Put as much seasoning as possible. Don't forget about it at this time, otherwise the flavor is not strong enough. I feel that the rich flavor is the essence of rice noodles.
