Rice Noodles with Minced Meat

Tips:
1. The pork belly used to fry the meat sauce is the best, and the aroma of lard is a must for this kind of food;
2. The addition of Pixian Douban and Soybean Paste gives the meat sauce a special sauce flavor;
3. Celery pellets can be replaced with chives and coriander.
