Rice Noodles with Mustard Pork

Prepare the fried shredded pork in advance; if you don’t prepare the shredded pork, let’s fry it now, and it won’t take much time; I will share with you a tip, when making vegetable fried shredded pork, just take out a part of the shredded pork when it changes color . It is very convenient to use shredded pork for other dishes. But the time should not be too long, and it can be kept under refrigeration for 2 days

Pickled mustard is ready; I bought it ready-made. If you don’t have mustard, you can use sauerkraut instead;

Wash the rice noodles and drain the water for later use;

After the wok is heated, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and heat;

Add shredded pork and stir fry;

Add mustard and fry until fragrant;

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil; because the rice noodles are to be boiled, a little more water is recommended;

Add rice noodles and cook;

Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder, stir evenly, turn off the heat and start the pot.
Tips:
You can use sauerkraut instead of pickled mustard.
