Rice Pizza

The chicken legs are boned, peeled and cut into small pieces and placed in a container.

Stir in salt and soy sauce, add black pepper powder and Orleans marinade.

Add cornstarch and grab it by hand and set aside.

Add a little oil to the pan, add to high heat, add the chicken thighs and fry on medium heat until slightly charred.

Turn it over, fry until slightly charred, and serve.

Beat the eggs in the rice, add salt and fine sugar, sprinkle a little pizza straw, and stir well with chopsticks.

Spread a layer of cooking oil or butter on the pizza plate, and spread the mixed rice on the pizza plate (you can coat the rice with tomato sauce for better taste).
