Prepare the box for luncheon meat, cover it with plastic wrap, pack the mixed rice into it and press it tightly, about a quarter of it.

Then add broccoli, and the total amount of rice before it accounts for about one-half of the luncheon meat box, and it is also pressed tightly.

Tips:
1. Rice that is too hard won't work, you need to be able to hold it into a ball;
2. The brand of luncheon meat I used is salty. It is recommended to adjust the amount of salt in rice and broccoli according to the brand you use;
3. I did not indicate the amount of sugar and vinegar in the rice. Please mix this according to your own taste. You can taste it while mixing.
