Roast Chicken

Clean the chicken, remove the chicken head, butt, and nails

Put green onion and sliced ginger into the chicken belly

Add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and barbecue ingredients to spread the chicken inside and out several times

Put some green onions and ginger slices on top and put them in the refrigerator overnight. Turn it over and apply before frying the next day to make it more delicious

Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, add the chicken

After frying for 10 minutes, coat the surface with honey water and sprinkle some barbecue ingredients

Fry for another 10 minutes when the surface becomes severely stained, take out the chicken and wrap it in tin foil (or just turn it over without tin foil).

Tips:
Turn it over and apply before frying the next day to make it more delicious. Observe the color of the roast chicken at any time to prevent it from being burnt. It's better to tear apart and sprinkle with salt and pepper when eating.
