Roast Chicken with Mushrooms

After the rooster is slaughtered and dehaired, cut into pieces

Soak the mushrooms for use

Sliced ginger

Fried ginger

Pour the chicken nuggets and stir fry

Stir-fry until it's broken and change color, then add the shiitake mushrooms

Add a tablespoon of dark soy sauce and salt, stir fry evenly

After adding a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer on high heat. (I have forgotten the details in a few minutes, so I can't talk nonsense. When you see that the chicken nuggets in the pot have slowly colored, you can insert it with chopsticks or taste it when it is ripe.)
