I bought one roast duck at a time and left a lot. I added some cabbage stalks for dinner. However, the roast duck with vegetable dishes was also quite delicious. I thought it was better than the roast duck at noon.

Roast Duck and Stir-fried Cabbage Stem

1. Roast Duck

2. Cabbage and sour chili

3. Chop the peppers and cut the cabbage stalks into pieces

4. Fried roast duck first

5. Add some sour chili to increase the spiciness

6. Put in the cabbage stems, add some salt and stir well

7. Topped with soy sauce and stir-fried

8. Sprinkle with MSG

9. Stir-fry well out of the pot

Tips:

If there is no cabbage stem, it is better to stir-fry with green pepper.
