Roast Pork with Dried Beans

Soak dried beans in warm water for a few hours in advance, remove and drain the water for later use

Wash pork belly and cut into small pieces

Put a little oil in the pot, pour the pork belly, and fry until the color changes

Add dried beans and stir-fry evenly.

Then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, color and stir evenly,

Add proper amount of boiling water (cold water is also ok)

Add the chili and star anise ginger~ Cover the lid and turn on high heat. Turn to low heat and cook for about 45 to 1 hour.

Add the right amount of salt to season the juice before it is out of the pot
Tips:
It is best to add enough water at one time when adding water to boil. If you need to add water in the middle, you should also heat the water.
