Spring bamboo shoots, pork belly slices

Pour the spring bamboo shoots into boiling water, blanch the water for 30 seconds, set aside

Pour in cooking oil, add pork belly and stir fry until the color changes

Pour in garlic slices, sauté on high heat, pour in spring bamboo shoots and stir-fry evenly

Add salt, light soy sauce, chicken noodles, stir-fry evenly, and serve.
