Roast Pork with Tea Tree Mushroom

1. Rinse the pork in clean water.

2. Cut into small pieces.

3. Soak the dried tea tree mushrooms in clean water, wash and cut into sections.

4. Put an appropriate amount in the pot, add a rock candy, and turn to medium heat.

5. When the rock sugar slowly melts and turns into sugar color, turn to low heat.

6. Pour in the cut pork and stir fry continuously.

7. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and rice wine and stir fry together for about 5 minutes.

8. Add enough water at one time, about 5 cm above the pork, add star anise and bay leaves.
